# How to get support

If you have an issue with your ProjectSend instance, the best way to start is by checking the [existing issues in the repository](/about/troubleshooting/finding-and-reporting-bugs.md). When opening a new report, make sure to be as descriptive as possible so it can be reproduced in other installations.
